(New thread due to inability to revise thread title... grrrrr.)
- All original 2000 Musicman Stingray 5 ( SR5 )
- SN: E12818 - Completed March 10, 2000
- Transparent Red finish.
- Gorgeous oil/wax birdseye neck (neck on this inspired me to switch all my other basses to oil/wax neck finishes)
- EBMM Hard Shell Case
- currently has black Dunlop strap locks on it
- As with all my basses, this has had a fret levelinging/crowning/polishing
- Weighs 10.2 lbs on digital scale
- has 2 small 2 to 4mm size dings in it. One bottom edge, and end side by strap button. Only seen up close.
Trade wise: Prefer 34" Scale but not locked to it depending on trade. MIA Fender Deluxe Precision V, EBMM Bongo 5, Dingwall Combustion 5, G&L 5-strings, etc and I'm sure others that may get my attention.
Would sell outright for $1025 shipped and insured inside U.S.
Photo's of the small digs. All were on bass when I purchased it from Low End Bass Shop.
One on bottom edge under volume knob.
One on end side near strap knob.
And a very very tiny one near the top horn that I had to circle to show.
It's currently sporting frivolous red baron'ish inlay stickers from inlaystickers.com . People had been chattering about them so I tried them out. Completely removable if not wanted by potential new owner. (Just showing because it could be interesting to some interested)
