2005 Lakland Skyline Bob Glaub for sale or trade. Includes Lakland/Levy's gig bag.
She's in very good but not mint condition. Some swirling, buckle rash, a few superficial scratches, one small ding on the headstock that you can sort of see in one of the photos, and a slightly lighter area in the wood on the back of the headstock where the previous owner had stuck a pick holder with two-sided tape (since removed). Nothing else that I can find and nothing significant enough to really show up in the photos.
She is currently strung with La Bella 760FLs and was recently professionally set up by Geoff Luttrell at SF Guitarworks. Plays and sounds great. Electronics, frets and neck all good. As noted above, this bass comes with the Lakland/Levy's gig bag (see photos).
I'll start this at $750 shipped to the lower 48. I'm also interested in interesting trades (with cash either way as appropriate), such as: - Skyline Decade
- Skyline Hollowbody
- Walkabout head or combo (or other Mesa amps)
- Little Mark II or III
- Genz ShuttleMax 6 or 12
- Good quality, non-huge cabs
- Other things that are awesome.
Last but not least, here are the pics: |

Nice bass.....I have a 2002 BG4 and absolutely love it....it is the only 4 banger left in my collection and will be there for the forseable future (unless I get a great BG5!)
This still has the fralin which is a GREAT sounding P pickup!
Good price as well....

This is indeed a very nice bass, but I've got too many p-type basses in the stable, so I'd like to pass this one along to somebody who will give her more attention. |

| | | | If you'd ship it for 750, how much would you come down on the price, if I picked it up local? As far as interesting trades, I have a Vox Apollo hollow body (in fairly beat up condition, cosmetically) and an Acoustic 450 head which still kicks ass. |

The Glaub weighs right around 9lbs by my bathroom scale. I might be interested in the EA cab -- let me know what you have in mind as far as the partial trade. |
