This one has been upgraded with Hipshot tuners (a MAJOR improvement over the stock Warwick tuners) and a BARTOLINI pre-amp. No case or gigbag but it will be double boxed and packed well. I can add a Warwick Rockbag for another $75, just trying to keep price as low as possible for a quick sale. Bass in fantastic condition. No issues. Save major $ on a GERMAN MADE neck through bass. Plays and sounds fantastic.

What tonal changes did the Bart preamp bring?

It brings more articulation and throat to the voice. This bass can now cover a very wide range of tones - KILLER slap tone as well as modern and even a range of traditional tones. String tension is superb. The bart pre is a definite winner! The hipshot tuners are a fantastic upgrade as well.
