I have a 2010 Rickenbacker 4003 in Mapleglo that is in dead mint condition ! ! ! The Bass has the vintage pull switch on the tone knob and the Ric Case. Very nice looking grain on this one as well.
I got the Bass in November and it has never left my house. I have only played it in my home studio very sparingly. There is not a mark on this Bass and it will even come with the Factory strings. There are a set of Fodera Stainless Roundwound 40-100 on it now. Yes, I like that Chris Squier tone from a Ric.
I am looking to move the Bass because I'm really a Jazz Bass Guy. If I keep it I know I'm not going to be playing it much and don't see the point in just letting it sit in the case.
