FS/FT 3 Basses. Neck through Single Cut, LED, Unfinished Warmoth project(Many Pics)

Sign in to disble this ad
1. GW Bass SC-1

I got this bass by trading with a fellow TB'er "basskillah"

$1350 + shipping

(Link for some more pics and info:
http://www.gwbasses.com/gallery/SC1_...top_0003.shtml)

Buckeye Burl top with Purpleheart Accent layer over Alder body
Ebony, Purpleheart and Flame Maple neck
Stabilized Birdseye Maple fingerboard with Abalone Dot inlays
Neck pickup placed closer to bridge for slapping
35' scale

Bartolini X5 dualcoil pickups
Glockenklang 3 band preamp
(Switch is not functional. It originally had Aguilar OBP-3 and used for a mid frequency selector)
Less than 3 hours used Sadowsky bluesteel strings

Has couple dings but cannot be seen with crazy buckeye burl top.
Shipped in a heavy duty flight case (lever's broken though)
Finish Wax included.
*Has some ground noise that goes away when you touch the string. Otherwise sounds great and looks awesome.
*Neck is D shape and thinner than Warwick neck but thicker than Modulus neck.

2. Yamaha RBX 5 A2 SOLD
$175+shipping

3. Warmoth Deluxe 5 string. TRADED
*I assembled this Warmoth using left over parts at home and didn't not finish.
*All the major components are done but I was not able to figure out the preamp wiring...maybe you can
*String retainer don't hold down the G string.
*Tuners don't have bushings installed on the neck (but will be included)

Spent close to $900 for everything but will be yours for $500 + shipping IF you buy everything or price indicated above for separate parts... but of course will entertain to sell for everything first.

For trades... run anything by me and worst thing I will say is Sorry but thanks for your interest

Thanks!

Nick

The warmoth jazz looks interesting. Would love to pick it up and have someone finish it up. Any idea of the weight as currently configured? The neck looks killer, very nice.

What type of trades are you looking for? I am interested in the Yamaha but I'm not sure I have what you want.

That GW bass is gorgeous! What's the scale length and string spacing? Surprisingly, I didn't see it on his website either.

I think it's about 18. But you can adjust it from the bridge
And 35 inches scale
