FS/FT: 61-62 P bass clone

I just got this bass from ron mexico. It is an awesome bass but I just found a Fender custom shop in the color I have been looking for so something has to go.

Check out Dark Horse's original thread on the bass. He did a fantastic job with this one it feels and sound like an old Fender. A detailed description of the work done and very nice pics can be found here in the original thread: FS/FT: 61-62 FENDER PRECISION BASS CLONE

Neck is 1 5/8" at the nut, and .860" front-to-back at the first fret. DarkHorse said he then reshaped the neck-to-headstock transition to match his '64.

The previous owner, ron mexico, sanded the finish off the back of the neck and added a sticker, that's it. It has an Ibanez hardshell case as well. I'm asking $1200 OBO shipped CONUS.

As for trades. Aguilar pedals, Berg AE212, Shuttle 9.0, Markbass F500
Basses= Sadowsky, Fender Custom Shop, Vintage Fender (I can add cash if needed)

i have been admiring this bass since it was made.
its getting around the block now isnt?
i wish i could make you a reasonable trade offer or put of the cash, but fact is i cant.

U r correct. The neck feels awesome but just needs some dirt on it.
