FS/FT 90's Kawai RB 115 solid Koa body/graphite neck $400.00

Sign in to disble this ad
90's Kawai RB 115. SOLID 2 piece Koa body. All gold Schaller hardware, including pickups. 1 P, 1 J style. Volume/blend/tone/tone controls with pull-up coil splitter on each tone knob.
Graphite neck, medium action, no truss rod.
Great playing, great sounding bass, about 9 pounds.
***ISSUE WARNING***
For some weird reason, it's lost 1/2 a coil on the J pickup. So, when you have the blend all the way to the J pickup, it's silent. When you pull up the coil splitter, you get sound from the E and A positions on the pickup. Never been dropped, jarred, abused. It's a mystery to me. Since it has an issue, I'm dropping the price from when I had this originally listed.

Asking $400.00 + shipping or best offer.

Also open to trades for nice quality basses with 1.5" (Jazz width necks)

That could be a very tempting offer, right there. I've never really considered a 5'er because of the neck width, but at 1.75 inches, that's VERY intriguing.

I've played a few Warwicks, and they are just a bad fit for my hands/body. But, thanks for the offer.

These are killer basses if you like that graphite neck sound. Good luck with the sale.
