FS/FT: Birdsong HY5 #3

I've had this instrument a year. It's very nice, sounds good, looks great, and I've never bonded with it. I look at the wall to play something and it's never this one. This is someone else's instrument, it just hasn't found them yet.

The holiday has me looking around at my stuff and ready to purge. It's just my way. This guy has never left my house since I got it new.

It's unconventional, 31 scale (takes 35 scale strings with wrap-around) and has 15mm string spacing.

Neck: Maple
Fretboard: Rosewood
Nut: Ebony
Bridge: Handcut Ebony
Tuning Machines: Hipshot Ultralites

Weight: 7 lbs 8 oz.
Scale: 31”
Strings: GHS Bass Boomers 45-130 (5M-DYB)
Pickups: EMG + Kent Armstrong Soapbars
Wiring: Passive - Vol, Vol, Varitone

I'm usually not one for these fancy custom basses, but I really like this one (both of yours pictured, actually). I'm intrigued by the wrap around strings. Got any pictures of the back?

I would very much like to sell this by 12/31 as such, I've reduced the price by $300. I would entertain partial trades, but need at least $1200 at this point. I anticipate pulling the listing if not sold by the 1st.
