FS/FT: Blue Hofner 500/1 CT $450 shipped or trade for short scale

I have a blue Hofner Violin bass that I'm looking to trade or sell for $400 shipped. This is really nice bass, the finish is fantastic, and the playability is great. Its in great condition, the only blemishes are on the headstock veneer, there are a couple nick on the treble side and some circular scratches around the E tuning peg (they are so small they won't photograph, and they only show up when you put it in direct light and look really close). This bass has the German "Staple" pickups, and a zero fret. I upgraded the tuners to Grover Sta-Tites, but I will include the originals. And it will come with a HSC. Right now it has LaBella Deep Talkin' Hofner strings on it. I'm only getting rid of it because with the bridge saddles being further up on the body the reach on it is no different than a long scale bass, and I am more comfortable with short scales. I would like to trade for short/medium scale with passive electronics, or maybe for the right P-Bass.
