FS/FT: Carruthers Custom Bass

This is definitely an awesome bass

original price for this bass would cost around $3400

alder body with a quilted maple top and a beautiful birdseye maple set neck with a rosewood fingerboard

EMG 40DC for the bridge and an EMG jazz pickup in the neck position

I believe it has an EMG preamp and it is wired for 18v

34.5" scale length

I am fairly certain that it has 19mm string spacing

It does have two more noticeable cosmetic defects though. The first of these spots are two shallow gouges in the top of the bass next to the bridge pickup where a previous owner rested their thumb. They are both about the size of half a dime and are honestly hard to notice from a few feet away as they seem to blend into the quilt. The second spot is on the inside of the lower horn, and it appears that something (maybe a cymbal?) has been dropped on the bass and gouged out a small chunk of wood about the size of a dime. It cannot be seen from the front of the bass.
