Got this bass from Frank Cappi (absolutely great person to deal with!) - in a trade (Frank - you have first dibs!)

It's a 2010 Carvin SB4000.

Comes with additional white pearloid pick guard.

Still not a MARK on this bass - looks absolutely mint!

This bass is one of the best looking basses I've owned. The black pickup cover and control plate are so cool!

Why sell / trade such a nice bass?? First - I have 2 other Carvins (that I may never part with) - and unless I move something - I can't justify trying something else (and I'm getting the itch!)

Pre-Halloween (temporary) price drop!

Just sold the other bass I had listed here. Will drop this down to $725 for today! Let's see if I can move both basses in one day!

Regarding trades- I'm considering this bass to have a "trade value" of $875. I'm only looking for 4-string, fretted basses of approx the same value - in mint or close to mint condition.

I would love another Stingray 4H, but open to hearing about anything you might have for trade (that fall in the above parameter!)

If I ever had a bass where pics don't to the instrument justice - it's this bass. It's really striking.

Also - this bass is capable of putting out a TON of tight, punchy low end. The passive tone, along with the active EQ offer a ton of tone variations.

Love the tolex case!

I WISH I had something adequate to trade.
I have some basses but nothing that would equal what you're looking for unless you wanted to do a 2-fer deal.

Looks like our 20 year old TV is as good as new with only a $99 repair bill - so I'm back to being more interested in a TRADE than a SALE!

Still really interested in getting a Stingray 4H back in the fold - but throw any (close to equal value, fretted, 4-string in close to mint condition) bass at me for consideration!
