I just got this in a trade, and it's awesome, but I can't foresee a good use for it between my band and my new teaching job.
It's a 2007 Sterling unlined fretless with a three-tone sunburst finish over an ash body, and a maple neck with a pao ferro fingerboard. The bass is absolutely dead mint with no issues, comes in the original hardshell case with all the candy (including Ernie Ball straplocks), and it kicks all kinds of fretless arse. It's wearing fresh Hybrid Slinkies, but there's no fingerboard wear at all, as I've barely touched it. You're essentially getting a brand new bass.
I'm looking to get $1,000 shipped for it in an outright sale. For trades I'd be into:
-Various guitars (Fender, Gibson, Ibby Prestige, ESP, etc, I'm open to ideas)
-Fender MIA Jazz bass (never owned one before, might be cool)
-Mesa bass cabinets (my 400+ is lonely!)
-Marshall and Mesa guitar heads and combos, maybe something else
-Racing and fixed-gear bicycles (local deal only, unless you can find a way to ship it)
