I bought this bass from a fellow TB'er last year when I needed a bass to rehearse with unplugged. It's in great shape with no visible flaws in the finish (awesome tobacco burst - the middle is a warm brown and not the yellow shown in my crappy iphone pics) and it plays and sounds great with nice, even acoustic volume more than loud enough for solo rehearsal and also fine to play with one another acoustic guitarist or such. I just installed fresh Thomastik Acousticore strings and had a local luthier (http://home.rr.com/stringhospital) go over it and set it up. it's set up with low action and the neck is straight with no issues and no fretting or buzzes and no dead spots. We've moved and our new home has a nice family room where I can plug in without bothering anyone, so I have no need for the bass.

$250 includes the original hard case and ground insured shipping. Payment via PayPal only please.

I'd also be open to trades including an Electroharmonix Bass Microsynth XO or any interesting vintage basses like a Hagstrom or something.

Thanks for looking,

Tony

Great bass to improve your chops...also great price!!!! I use mine for practicing drills and it has really helped with strengthening my hands. Thou I thought is sounded good, I put in a set of K&K Pure pickups and outboard preamp. Sounds absolutely great. I would put it up against any acoustic bass for tone.
