I have a brand new F-Bass BN5, -Ash Body, Dark Brown Burst with matching headstock & Pickup Covers, Maple Neck & Fingerboard.
This is a great sounding bass but the neck is too narrow at the nut for me. I'm looking for a bass with a neck width of at least 2" at the nut (MTD, Sadowsky, Elrick). Or selling for $3,000.   |

Just FYI, as far as I know, 1 7/8 is typical for MTD, Sadowsky. Which is considered perhaps the widest available. The only bass I found with a wider neck width is Fender Squire 5, @ 2". Huge! And the Fender MIA Deluxe Jazz V is 1.81 mm.
