FS/FT FEELER 1972 Bastardized Jazz Bass

Thinking of trading my bastardized 72 jazz for a Music Man Sabre or a Sadowsky (metro obviously - but a US one would be just fine too!)
I've had this bass forever, and am still on the fence about letting it go, but I just seem to dig the ultra modern thing a tad more on the jazz-.
This bass has been with me since 1988- I bought in a pawn shop on the south side of chicago- when I got it was Neon yellow with black stripes..cool for about 4 years.. then it was time for change- so a friend painted black- ok- then it was burst- which was a total mess- and finally I did the silver this summer. it has old EMG's in and a mystery bridge and BT preamp
frets are good price ?? $1800 ish but very negotiable

Duh..sorry!! forgot to post that..I'd start the bidding at say an extremely negotiable $1800 ish

a pre eb musicman sabre would be a winner too

any intrest at $1600? Trades of course considered I'd love a Sabre, another Spector NS-2 or of course the metro. Might be intrested in one of the classic reissue stingrays too..but itd have to be the one with the poly finished neck
