Up FS/FT is an Elrick GS5 with burled chechen top. Swamp ash back, Bart pre with Bart soapbars, and wenge/wenge neck. Bass plays great, sounds great, and is certainly light...about 8.5 pounds max. It's got a great throaty mid sound due to the wenge/wenge neck and 19mm spacing, so it's a great feeling and sounding bass for slapping. I'd call it an 8.5/10 because it does have a few cosmetic dings and some wear on the oil-finished back from previous owners forearms, but have ZERO functional issues.
I really love the sound and wish that I could keep it, but I don't think that's in the cards for me. However, I'm not loving the neck profile and rather than send it off to have it thinned, I think I'll just sell it. Plus I'm having some issues with my left hand and thumb that really scare me, so I'm seriously trying to consolidate back to less than 35" scales on my main basses.
