In a bit of a G.A.S. funk over an Alembic so I thought I'd test the waters here before venturing out on the C-list or the 'bay. Fender's Marcus Miller Jazz Bass is what I have. It is in very, very good shape with 1 or 2 dings that are in the finish but not the wood and finish lines by the neck. I tried to photo them but they are hard to pick up on a natural bass. The neck is perfect, the electronics and truss rod all work as they should. I added a thumb rest in, what I call the 'Geezer Butler' position using a pick guard hole and adding one. Don't want it? Just use regular guard screws and it looks like stock with an extra screw in the guard. I will ship it in the HSC for security. The case latches all work with one of the foot covers gone but the molded foot remains. I wont bore you nor waste the space here with specs, Here is the Fender page with all the details -
