I will preface this ad by saying that this is strictly a feeler.
I have really enjoyed owning and playing this bass and I'm not 100% sure I am ready to let it go. It is an outstanding bass and extremely beautiful IMHO.
This is a 2007 Lakland 55-94 Deluxe in trans amber with BEM board, quartersawn maple neck, swamp ash body, Barts and the Bart preamp. Currently strung with DR Lo-Rider stainless, little neck relief and low action. 35" scale.
This one is very lightweight and resonant at 8.6 pounds on my digital bathroom scale.
Condition is 9.5/10 with some light player wear and a few marks on the headstock. Has some light ear in the slap area. Comes in the white Lakland hard case.
Trades: REALLY looking for either an MTD 535 (21 OR 24) or some sort of PJ5, with a strong preference to a Lull PJ5 possibly +$$ on your end. Also interested in Roscoe basses or a Modulus with a wooden fretboard.
Weight is important to me: only sub 10lb. basses, less is better. 35" scale preferred, but might consider others. Trades plus cash will be considered as well.
No white basses, please, just not my thing.
The bass had NO issues whatsoever, no dings, deep scratches, etc.
Asking price would be $2500 OBO plus shipping.
