FS/FT Feeler (For Now): FrankenBenavente P/J 5

Hey guys!

Thnking about putting up my FrankenFender PJ 5. Bought it here a few years ago from Big Joe, then did a few mods. Here's the details:

• older Squire P5 body
• 34" scale
• weighs about 9.5 pounds
• Benavente '51P neck 5-in-a-line
• Nordy NP5 neck p/u
• Dimarzio HB bridge p/u
• Wired V/V/T
• Stellar ToneStyler included but not installed.

The Benavente neck came off of STC1422's Bennie 51P years ago when he had a 4+1 neck made (or so I'm told). As you may know, the older Squire P5 is actually a J/J config (WTH but true) and the original P guard with J cutout is also included. Sorry -- no bag or case included at this time.

Bass has become redundant, as I now have a really nice Nordy VJ5 with P/J config.

Asking the ridiculous paltry sum of $425 OBO shipped CONUS.

I don't think I have ever seen a parts bass made such quality components at such a great price! If it is still around at the endof the month, I may make you an offer.

That's kinda my point. If I didn't have a pile of must-keep basses -- most of which don't get played much -- I'd just keep it.

Just keep me in mind. I'd even do a hold for a committment from a TBer in good-standing. I'm in no hurry to sell.
