Up for possible sale or trade is my beloved OLP Tony Levin signature bass. It's a great instrument but I'm just not playing it since I got my 55-02. It's in great shape with excellent action, intonation, etc. The electronics are very quiet and it stays in tune. It's one of the earlier ones with the nicer pickup. A couple of the pick guard screws have oxidized a bit and the strings are not super bright at this point. It does go through batteries kind of fast, every month or two depending. I would want $250 including gig bag, buyer pays shipping. For trades I would consider a fretless acoustic, some good studio monitors, or a DHA VT-1 eq or the like. However, I'm not really looking for more gear at this point. I can get more pics if you like. SOLD

Weighing the bass on my bad bathroom scale today I'm reading 8 or 9 lbs but I'm getting the same for my 55-02. Last night it was telling me 12 lbs. Who knows? It is basswood so it should be lighter than a real Stingray. |
