I have pretty much the identical bass, but a five string... It has emg pickups...it was built in 1998 has ying yang inlays. Frets are new. Tone is very clear.. I've been wanting to switch back to a 4 string...
How about a trade????

No thank you. I'm not really looking for a 5str plus Im not really after the mid range tone of the stage 2s. (Btw Warwick's have MEC PUs not EMG)

Oh alright. Well I Just figured they used MECs from day one because I've never ever seen a Warwick with EMG pups in any of the videos I've watched, basses I've played, basses I've owned, nor do many (if all of them) of the big Warwick endorsers use EMGs (Ryan maritine, Emma Aznai, Bootsy, P-nut even though he uses basslines, Jack Bruce, etc).

Yeah, some early 'Wicks had SD even.

Bump for a Dream Bass. Not sure I'm ready to part with my '83 Stingray for it though. Or am I?

I love this bass, that skunk stripe is beautiful, a nice character to the grain on the body face as well. I'll be over in the US in about Sep/Oct but I'm sure you're not wanting to wait that long!

I would definitely be willing to look into it but I would probably need some extra compensation for shipping because I know It will be way more. But yeah if you are serious why not
