[font="Comic Sans MS"][size="3"]I just got this in. This is a 1977 Fender Precision Bass in very good condition, especially considering it's age. The neck and fretboard feel and play wonderfully. Frets have good life left in them. Original are the neck, body, tuners, bridge, knobs, strap buttons, neck plate, case and possibly the covers for the bridge and pickup, but not sure about the covers. It has a Nitro Seafoam Green refinish that was very well done. I think the original color was white so it could wear really nicely. The pickups are Seymour Duncan and the sound is big and fat and have been adjusted to provide very even volume and tonal characteristics across the strings. It also has a brass nut and I believe the black B/W/B pickguard to be a replacement, but not positive. Also comes with a W/B/W pickguard.
Weight is 9.8 lbs. Bass has nice low action, no buzz anywhere and the truss rod works as it should.
The tone is like you would expect from a great p bass. Body has only minor signs of wear.
Really nice bass that I'm tempted to keep, but I am in the market for a jazz bass. More Jazz guy than P Bass guy.
* If you would prefer, you can get this with the original Fender case or G&G tan case (reissue type) or Fender TSA heavy duty case, your choice.
