Today only! January 6 - I have a line on a 44-02 Deluxe on a steal. Make me a low ball offer and you might just end up with this bass on a steal as well. Paypal Instant Transfer only!

pm or email to bassman AT gorge DOT net

Stacked plate installed, V-V-T plate included. Fender MIA 'Vintage Style' Alnico pickups. Recent Thomastic JF's - I replaced a heavier string set so they've been on & off a couple of times during the setup with a little wear on the silks. they are nicely broken in at this point.

The color is actually Ocean Teal. it's a nice in between Blue/ Green metallic - not as blue as it shows here ... It's a really cool color.

A killer bass! - this one and my other MIJ drove all the Fender MIA's out of the house... that would include 2 MIA Deluxe J's and a Deluxe P. and also a Lakland DJ and a Glaub ... this one came to me from Swpyne and I adore it but ... GAS... Damned GAS ...

1 nickel sized ding on the heel at the rear strap peg. detail pic of that on request. Otherwise this bass is very, very clean. No fretwear, no other issues of any sort. Just a clean, killer 62 RI! In a very cool color!

Please NOTE ! the case pictured is not part of the deal. The case itself is too tight a fit for me to be comfortable shipping in. I may be that it is fit for a P bass. So the prices below are without case.

$675 or $775 with Vintage Vibe JBX-4's loaded. Paypal OK, Shipped CONUS. Other locations by arrangement ... offer's considered within reason...

trades list below and preferred...

P-Bass - a damned good P Bass... doesn't need to be a Fender but it needs to be really darned good and it needs to have a reasonbaly sized neck - no bass ball bats!
EBMM with reasonable neck size. Bongo 1H or HS, Sterling 1H or HS, 'Ray SLO ? ya know somthing with a not too huge neck on it

cash up/down depending.

That would be my 75 RI. They might also about this one but I don't think either of them have every had the opportunity ...

Happy New Year J - 2010 has to be an improvement !

Maybe that's the one. You always have some pretty killer basses around. I'm still lovin' the black Jazz.

Yes I hope so. I won't say "it can't get any worse" though.

I want that 75RI. And I'm not generally taken with Fenders, but that one is really sweet.

BTW: I rocked the DSP on New Year's Eve and it killed!

Bump for a great guy. I'm pretty sure I haven't played this one but Mal gets them dialed in well, so it probably kills.

I've certainly enjoyed it and wouldn't mind terribly if it doesn't go. I have this burning urge to get into the pickup business though and if it happens, I need some bass 'mules' to host the various pickups I want to build ... 02 series Laklands would cover a lot of gound for me there!

That Seafoam P of yours... damn... that was a beauty! I am such a sucker for pastels ...
