I have two of these and one needs a new home. This is a 2009 model with a 2005 really really nice stock neck from Fender. (previous owner had warranty issues) The neck on this bass is slightly thinner front to back, compared to my 2008 Ash/Maple bass. This instrument is essentially brand spanking new. The Fender authorized warranty shop that did the work on this bass for the previous owner put a small nick on the back of the body just adjacent to one of the neck plate screws. (It's hard to detect unless it's being pointed out to someone, and is the only cosmetic deviation from perfection)
