Created a new thread for this one. This Jazz was made in Mexico in 2007. Completely stock. A great player. It has its share of light scratches and a few little dings here and there. I had never played an active Jazz and remember lusting after these in my early bass days. The pre is quite powerful, just about everything a passive Jazz offers and more. I put some aged DR Lo Riders on it and slapping is a real delight. The fretboard has some of the prettiest rosewood I've ever seen on a bass.
The most noticeable blemishes are the light scratches on the back, a few little dings on the front, a little ding right at the third fret dot on the E side and a slight discoloration/ding in the skunk stripe at about the third fret.
I will include the case I received with the bass...it's considerably beaten and decaled, but still does its job of protecting the bass.
I'm asking $425 shipped CONUS, but make me an offer. Or will trade down for a Squier Classic Vibe Precision or a nice fuzz/overdrive pedal plus cash from you.
