It's also the same color as this P which, of course, makes me want it.............

A). Purchase a P-Bass for around $400
B). Purchase some Thomastik Flatwounds for around $50
C). Pick up a Seymour Duncan Pickup (John recommended the SPB-1) for around $60
D). Pay for shipping and labor to send the bass to John and have him hook it up
OR
Just buy this one for $450 and save yourself some time and cash!
Obviously I still think the $650+ I put into the bass was worth it or I wouldn't be sending my next project to John. I am not so great at collecting basses, I need one or two basses at the most and beyond that I get overwhelmed, so I'm passing this gem along to make room for the same version in Jazz Bass style. As far as the specs, I must have missed that earlier post. Standard P-Bass specs here:
20 frets
C shape Neck
1.625" at nut
9.5" radius
*edit: I'm assuming "Standard B?" is asking if the bridge is standard? In that case, yes.
