Here's some info from Fender's website:

Session bass giant Pino Palladino has an astounding résumé that includes stints with Jeff Beck, the Who, Eric Clapton, Simon & Garfunkel and John Mayer (to name only a few). His instruments are special, and it’s no wonder that the Custom Shop took great care and pride in reproducing his ’62 Precision Bass guitar, crafted to Palladino’s exacting specifications.

It’s an eye-catching, great-sounding model that features a light alder body finished in Relic Fiesta Red over Desert Sand, a C-shaped straight-grain maple neck with Indian rosewood fingerboard, custom-wound pickup, tortoiseshell pickguard and Thomastik Infeld strings. All PM's responded to.

I don't have a scale but when I weighed it a the Bass Gallery it was either 8.25 or 7.75lbs, I can't remember. It is very lightweight.

Any interest in my Sage Set Neck 4 string plus whatever else I can add in to even out the trade?

Thanks for the offer, but I will have to pass on that trade.

All PM's responded to.
Also, I don't feel it's cool to question the value of the bass in my sale thread. There is plenty of discussion regarding this bass elsewhere on TB.

I see the holes for an ashtray. Fender didn't do a reliced ashtray or PU cover?

Bass is still available. Also, the Pino's don't come with the chrome covers or a thumbrest. Just the holes where they used to be.
