This is definitely the nicest MIM P Bass ever made. All American electronics, with a noiseless rear jazz pup. The fit and finish is better than alot of US models Ive owned. This thing has got some SERIOUS growl. It really does it all. In like new condition, with no finish flaws, just a lil dimple on the treble side of the neck (cant see in pics, but for full disclosure) It comes with the Fender gig bag and duncan straplock pins. The action on this(as seen in the pics) is super low with no buzzes. The only reason Im selling it, is I prefer a wider neck(big hands) and this model has a 1.5 nut. The color is Blizzard pearl and is stunning. The body is Alder and this bass weighs only 8.8 lbs on my digital BR scale. Comes with the paperwork and tools. This is alot of bass for the money...the satin feel of the neck and the perfect balance makes this an all night bass....

This huge-sounding hybrid model features an alder body adorned with a single-ply beveled gold vinyl pickguard and a maple Jazz Bass guitar neck (modern C shape) with a 20-fret, 9.5”-radius rosewood or maple fingerboard. On board are a standard alnico split single-coil Precision Bass pickup (middle) and a dual-coil ceramic Noiseless™ Jazz Bass pickup with nickel-plated pole pieces (bridge) with pan-pot switching.

Controls are master volume, pan, and three-band active EQ with treble boost/cut (+/- 10 db at 8kHz, a shift in the cut frequency, and about a 2dB slope per octave), mid boost/cut (+10dB, -15dB at 500Hz, and a wide band slope) and bass boost/cut (+/- 12db at 40Hz, with a 4dB slope per octave). if you have no idea what this bass is go to the squier jv pages and also the reviews for it and this goes for about 1500 its in great shape for 27 yrs old ,same as leo used to make them

My 2 cents regarding the squier: I'm not sure about $1500, but I picked up a 1982 Squier JV P-Bass back in the 90's, and whenever any local luthier gets their hands on it, they freak out. They are highly sought after and rare, and they play ridiculously well.
