This is a 1994 not mid80's, it won't let me change the header.
I recently aquired a MIM Fender Precision Squier Series on a local trade.
It's a classy butterscotch blonde with rosewood fingerboard.
It might have been Ivory and aged to butterscotch, it has a nice worn look, no abuse, no dents.
I did not know much about the MIM Fender Squier Series so I researched it a bit and I found this:
HELP! Fender MIM Jazz Bass "Squier Series"
There is a rumour of them being assembled from overstock MIA parts, I have no way to confirm that.
It is a MIM FENDER, someone decided to use the highly confusing SQUIER SERIES name for the series but they are not Squier brand,....I know I am confused enough about it myself....read the link it will explain better about the details.
The bass is very decent but I have a 77 MIA P-Bass that holds the P-Bass throne at home...
It is being setup and will take pictures of it tonight.
Comes with a no name gig bag with decent padding, not the cheapos...
It is quite light, 8 pounds my guess, typical PBass setup.
Selling price $325 Shipped lower 48.
I would entertain trades for japanese hollowbody basses, or a Westbury track VI, i kinda miss the track II I used to have,.....nice oddball.
I could add some cash for Guild B-302.
Pictures coming up tonight, it is in real decent shape, I would say 8.5.
