Alright, my Ibanez doesn't seem to be drawing too much interest, nor does just the neck from this bass, so I reluctantly will offer up the bass.
This bass is constructed of an MIM Fender "Factory Special Run" Jazz bass, featuring a flamed maple top, alder back and "cherryburst" finish. The back is not bursted, just transparent red. The neck is from a Squier VM Jazz bass, the fretless model and has all the stock hardware.

The original owner of this neck sanded off the logo.

This pic shows the fretboard condition. Don't worry, the marks on the fretboard are not deep, in fact, they're just scuff marks basically.

Ding on the edge of the body.

Ding on the back.

Strange chip-looking spot on the bass side of the neck that isn't really a chip. You can hardly feel it.
I installed a Hipshot Vintage bridge as well as Schecter Monster Tone pickups. They are wired as individual humbuckers, and have 4-wires. They sound much better than the MIM stock pickups. Both pickups are virtually silent when solo'd. The bass is not copper shielded. The pickguard is also aftermarket, but installed by the body's previous owner.
I will install the other strap button, put the neck back on, and string it with the (basically new) D'addario Chromes that I took off to get the neck pictures.
My selling price is $350 plus shipping. Run any trades by me, but I'd mostly be interested in an 8-string (octaved), Squier VM Tele Bass, a P of some sort, or a Lakland 55-01.
