FS/FT Fodera Monarch #30

Sign in to disble this ad
Greetings Fellow Bassists!!!!!!

Up for consideration is the 30th Fodera ever Built.
Joey Lauricella and Vincent Fodera have told me it was played briefly by Will Lee in the early 80's. Also, Victor Wooten played it at the JVC Jazz Festival Tribute to Jaco Pastorius @ the Beacon Theater on June 22 2005. I played it on the 'Bendy Pastorius' album a few years back.... So the bass has got some serious mojo goin on.

Tone for days!!!!!!!!!!!!

..:Monarch Deluxe:..
-34" Scale
-24 Frets
-Curly Ash Body with Indian Rosewood liners
-3 piece Maple neck
-Indian Rosewood Fingerboard w/ Tulip inlays
-Original EMG J/J Pickups
-Original Fodera Preamp
-Chrome Hardware

Send your offers to mikebendy@gmail.com

I don't know what I would take in trade. I'd like to see what you would offer.... Although, I've always wanted a Vintage Fender Jazz or a rare Carl Thompson.... just ideas to get your thoughts rolling.

THank you very much for your time and interest in this rare piece of history.

i remember that bass at the old shop. Pretty sure i tried it when it was finished. Sounded great. Always different because of the no laminate top.

Wow, that seems like a great price!

I'm glad you posted the price. The Talkbass Classified Rules say, "This is not an auction site - If you want people to "bid" on your item, take it to ebay... seller MUST post a price or the thread will be immediately closed or deleted. "

I was worried your post would get nuked by the moderators before you had a chance to get the price in here.
