FS/FT G&L L-1000 '81 MaHOGany-Maple-Price Reduced

Sign in to disble this ad
Natural redhead in excellent condition with lots of finish checking and the neck is darkened. Recent pro set up, frets leveled. Strung with DR Nickel Lo-Riders. Can put on Dunlop nickels or flats if you'd prefer.

Fairly low serial number-B0025xx Monster P-bass tone.
$925 shipped in a G&L gig bag.

Only selling because I have another one which is near identical.

Would prefer cash but might trade for a natural ash or other non mahogany L-1000 preferably with an ebony fingerboard. Would also consider an L-2000 E. Must have flat wide neck and lawsuit headstock.
Would also consider trading up to a vintage Fender P with a C neck.

Photos coming.

A few minor imperfections include several bridge springs which were replaced and numerous minor dings but overall its a beauty.

Also forgot to mention that the pickups have adjustable slot poles, a feature, I believe was only on the '81 models.

Yes, that is the stock finish. Natural Mahogany. I will try to get a closeup photo of the tight grain. It's very attractive. Robot, I will PM you.
