G&L SB-1
1 3/4 " Nut Width
Weighs in somewhere in the 8.5 to 9lb range... using a bathroom scale!
Black with black hardware and Schaller straplock buttons installed
Originally had chrome tuners, so I installed black Hipshot tuning pegs. Schwing!
21 frets
Not sure on body wood
Maple neck and fretboard
One volume and one tone control knob
Comes with Washburn hardshell case
Also includes a pearloid pickguard

Now onto the SB-2....

Lake Placid Blue
1 3/4" Nut Width
Weighs in at just over 8lbs. Again with the bathroom scale.

Bird's Eye Maple neck, fretboard and headstock

*single volume knob configured to cut both pickups*
**Unopened Sadowsky on board preamp (holes are already in the pickguard for the pots)
*** Two dings on the body by the bridge. Clear nail polish was used to prevent spreading***
SKB Hardshell Case
Comfort Strapp is included with Schaller straplocks installed on strap and buttons on the bass

i've got an '89 SB-1 that looks just like this one. i can't say enough good things about it. it's massive both in stature and sound.

Or maybe some odd crazy useful gear.

I know I'm not really interested in other basses, unless you have something really interesting that I probably can't just find at a local store.

i'm assuming the sb 1 is a three bolt based on the headstock shape but, what about the sb 2? three or six bolt?

Both basses have bolt on necks with three bolts and are both adjustable for angle with an allen key
