Hi fellow TB, This bass is SOLD
For sale or trade ¡s a 2006 Warwick Corvette Standard, passive 5 string, made in Germany in Nirvana Black, Ash body, Ovangol Neck and Wenge fretboard , all exceptional tone woods. This bass is ultra light less than 8lbs, all original with its MEC pick ups and comes with black Shaller strap locks. It is in excellent conditions with some minor dings. On the fretboard, exactly under the D string in the 5th fret is ding made by the former owner, but it is barely visible, unless you move the sting a little. It does not affect the sound or the integrity of the bass. The bass has been set up to medium/low action and plays very easy and fast, especially finger style because of the string spacing is 17.5mm. The slap sound is incredible, from big bottoms to nice musically sounding brights and not to mention the growly sound Warwick bases a known of. Is will be shipped in a brand new fender gig bag in a very well packed box. Never got the original Rockbag and case candy. I want $600.00 shipped to Con. US. These bases retail for $1490.00, and the new Corvette Std. are now made in Korea. You will get a German made bass at the price of a Chinese Rock bass.
