I have a four string Hohner B2A Steinberger Licensed Copy. 34" Scale length, 3 piece maple neck-thru. It has been converted to a fretless. The original conversion was a terrible job. I had my luthier fix it by removing the wood putty lines, putting in 24 maple fret lines, and applying an epoxy finish to the rosewood fingerboard. The neck has an even amount of relief however, it does have a slight twist to it. Width at nut 38mm last fret 57mm. All the electronics are working properly. It has an active passive switch. One knob is slightly blue in color compared to other jet black knobs(very unnoticeable and extremely common on these basses). There are a few old nicks and scratches on the body the neck is pristine. I belive this is an earlier model of this bass. I have included photos that are not perfect but they do accurately show the condition of the bass to aid my short description.
I'm very interested in a trade of some kind so please let me know what you have. I'm extremely interested in fretted/fretless Kubicki Basses. Obviously I'm trying to upgrade and I am willing to pay extra cash to meet the value of your bass. If you have nothing to trade, the sale price would be $350. I will include a Steinberger Synapse gig bag.
Thanks for looking.
