This is an ATK that you probably either love or hate. I have seen people talk about how much they loved the look and others who think it is totally ugly. I happen to love the look of it myself. I have owned 5 ATK's. A 300, a 305, 2 700's, and a 750. This is the only one I have left. I love the way ATK's sound, I love the way they look but the neck is just a bit too thick for me to play comfortably for long periods of time. I am blessed to have so many other great basses to play this one is not getting any time and I hate to keep it for just a wall hanger so I am reluctantly putting it on the block.
You don't see a lot of ATK's with rosewood and this one can get a real growly tone down around first position. Hit the three way toggle and it can really get the Stingray vibe. There is not a scratch or other mark on it and it comes in a brand new Ibanez case designed for this model. It weighs ten pounds even on my bathroom scale. I am into this one pretty heavy so I am asking $475 shipped for it and it won't kill me if it doesn't sell.
I don't have much on my trade list. Would be interested in an Aerodyne J or P. A silverburst Epi Thunderbird/Fenderbird might generate some interest. A Steinberger Spirit 5 string or a roadworn Jazz. G&L Tribute SB-2. Mostly just looking for a sale though.
