Stock Ibanez SR506 6 string bass with hard shell case

Dual Bartoloni soapbars, active 9V hi/mid/low EQ, volume, and balance. Includes a black TKL hard chipboard type case in well used, but totally functional condition.

Minor signs of wear on the tip of the headstock (seen in 4th photo), a couple minor dents on the side of the body, one near the upper horn (barely visible in 3rd photo), one on the bottom edge of the lower horn (barely visible in 2nd photo).

Since it's a natural wood, it dents instead of chips or cracks. But the neck is flawless, no buckle rash, nothing else to note, and is generally in showroom condition with the few exceptions noted.

And when I mean showroom condition, I mean literally like it'd be if you pulled it off the rack - all stock, needs a setup, and could use new strings unless you like those coated strings they ship with which the coating is peeling/wearing off in a couple areas. I meant to get a setup and strings but decided to switch to a 5 string as I haven't used that 6th string in weeks and would enjoy a narrower fretboard.

Banged out a handful more photos to better document the dings and show the case. Note the strap isn't included, but it does come with stock strap buttons.

I can take any other photos as needed. But has to be in the day time to ensure proper lighting so I don't have to use a flash which always washes out the photos.


Case.



String coating. More of a visual annoyance than anything.



Dent on upper horn. Noticed a really small dent or something near the strap button while taking the photo.



Really tiny something near the bridge. Really, it's a natural wood so somtimes it's hard to tell what's normal wood grain/knot/whatever and what might be a ding from use.



Dent on lower horn, so minor it's hard to photograph.



Back actually does have a couple super light scratches on the back. But you only notice in the right light and I couldn't photograph them. They're extremely light, and barely visible between the two neck bolts in the photo.



Headstock. I promise it looks worse in this photo than in real life. The photo is probably larger than the headstock in real life. Heh.

Would love to trade this bass and CA$H towards a Lakland Tribute 5 string, or G&L L-2500 or L-5500. Preferably in some sort of 'burst finish.

Bump for a great bass. Kind of bright if thats your thing, but I put some Rotosound rounds on mine and its got some growl to it now!

Bump. Note all of the sound clips on my clips page below are recorded using the bass for sale here. Mostly run through a SansAmp RBI straight into my ancient Aardvark Q10 interface (through it's preamps as I never figured out how to use the inserts to get a straight line signal).
