I bought this beauty about 2 years ago on TB and it has served me quite well. These have been discontinued as well but I've just decided to stick with 4 strings. The prior owner swapped out the gold hardware (bridge and tuners) and replaced with a black Ibanez bridge and Gotoh tuners, a good call in my humble opinion.

Excellent action and sounds fabulous!
I'm asking what I paid then ($600 shipped) but I'm also interested in trading for a nice P Bass. Looking for something with nice action and preferably either white, black or sunburst. A Japanese model would seem to fit this price point in general, but I've got nothing against the Mex models, especially if they've been upgraded and of course American is fine, with added $$ from me.
