ive had this bass 2 months
believe it or not been playing for 20 years and this is my first and last jazz bass
just not for me
anyway, its really a quality intrument great build and it looks fabulous!
i upgraded tuners to all metal ultra lights (instead of stock aluminum) i did this because i added a d-tuner also added a neck pickup cover
3 tone burst with maple neck

also will throw in a black pickguard

traded a guy for a rosewood neck but it is a p neck instead of a jazz!!
feels great to me but i like p necks
anyway same bass just has a rosewood p neck (skyline BOB G)

There are two models of Lakland Skyline Jazz:
The Joe Osborn model, and the Darryl Jones model. However (iirc), only the JO comes in burst.

Since it's a sunburst, and you didn't mention a blocked neck I'm guessing it's a Joe Osborne, not a Darryl Jones?

Lakland makes two Skyline 4-string jazz basses.

DJ's only come in Red, White, Blue and Natural...
