For sale or trade: 5 month old G&L USA JB jazz bass. Two tone burst, alder body, rosewood. I bought this from a fellow TB'er. Nice jazz for the money, with the high output pups, heavy duty bridge, 12" radius neck, and superior fit and finish it out plays Fenders that cost more. The neck is probably the thinist I have ever played, very fun and very fast. The pickups are dead quiet and punch through the mix, great slap tone that isn't brittle at all but thick. Since I purchased the bass I have added longer bridge screws that allow for perfect intonation and had a pro set-up done. The action is very low and could go much higher but I tend to like a little growl, bass was pleked when it left the factory. Weight is about 9 1/2 lbs I believe. Dunlop straplocks installed. Overall I like the bass but I tend to reach for my Nash or Sadowsky more so therefore I consider trade towards a Bill Nash bass or Sadowsky Metro. Original case included $1050 shipped to U.S. only.

I bought it a month ago from original owner who bought it 4 months before that. It was bought from Bass Central and you can still see pics of it on their website. There is also a Bass Central demo of the exact bass out there on youtube.

Still available. Trades for 4 sting fretted basses may be accepted. I don't have a P currently so that is an option. Would most want a Nash or Sadowsky Metro or Lull and I would add cash.
