Other than a few surface scratches and smudges, she is in phenomenal condition and basically plays itself. 100% handmade boutique bass from Poland, it has a huge array of tones. I feel like I can play any genre with this monster.
$1750 shipped CONUS via FedEx.
Trades: I really want a Dingwall 4 string. Will also consider old Warwick basses from '86-'95 and possibly a few other thin profile necks. Would also consider trying a Zon, Pedulla MVP or a Mike Lull. I prefer thin or J profile necks and wenge wood. Cheers!
Hard to show this magnificant top
Hard to photo, this is an amazing instrument!

Even the fretboard is stunning!
Waaaaaaaaaay cool bass. The Mayones Jabba I owned was very well made. if you've been working your stock of Sadowsky's, Nordys and Lull's, get this bass in the rotation!
bump for villains! good stuff bro. glws
Free fellow Jabba owner bump. This is a great price for a great bass!!!
A fellow TB'er visited the Mayones shop last year and was kind enough to share some pics with us in case you'd like to see where these beauties are made.
How would you describe the pickup setup on that bass in comparison to a Lakland 44 series?
The Mayones has a very powerful preamp and coaxes some ridiculously low end if called upon. Its the perfect bass in everyway - sound, feel, looks, perfectly level frets/neck... Its just not "my" bass and since the Mayones just stays hung up in my home office, I figure she is better else where being played regularly.
I did use the Jabba on one of my tracks for my bands upcoming album, so it will live on with me forever :)
What is the neck profile like on these basses?
Its very much a "jazz" neck. Just a touch more shallow than a Geddy Lee. Great natural/satin feel, extremely fast and easy to play!
Some nice trade offers, but nothing quite right as of yet, still available!
