FS/FT McLaren 5 string Fretless

Sign in to disble this ad
This falls in the "rare" category. I have a McLaren 5 string fretless PJ. It is a passive 5 string with an Ebony board (I think). I picked this up a few years ago because it is a great playing and sounding bass.

I have no idea what the body woods are. From what I can find out these were made in San Diego in the mid to late 90s. String spacing appears to be around 17mm.

$500??

As far as trades... I'm not sure...try me

Hi, just wondering if you sold it yet, I have the same model "Kinda of" same body, same 5 string fretless neck, but my bass came with EMG Active Pick-ups, and the input plug is not on front but side, also wood is much different I'm pretty sure it's Mahogany & Ash laminated stripes, and I have 16 stripes, super high gloss. I was also wondering if you know anything about these basses? hard to find out much about them.
Thanks
