FS/FT: Modulus Flea, American Fender Jazz, and other things

Sign in to disble this ad
2004 Fender American Jazz Bass: This bass is in very good shape. The truss rod works well, the frets look great and the electronics work fine. There are a few paint chips by the tummy cut but nothing major. The bass comes with the Tortoise guard and original black guard. It also comes with the Fender hardshell case.
$750.00 Shipped in the continental US

1999 Modulus Flea Bass: This bass plays and sounds great. Frets are in great shape and the neck is fast and smooth. All the electronics work. There are dings but nothing major. Has the Bartolini preamp and painted headstock. Comes with a Modulus hardshell case.
$1400.00 Shipped in the continental US

Fender MIM Telecaster: This guitar is in great shape. It has a few small dings. The frets are great, truss rod works well and the electronics work fine. No modifications were done to this guitar. Comes with original Fender Gig bag.
$350.00 Shipped in the continental US

Epiphone Valve Jr. Hotrodded: I had this amp hotrodded. It now has two 12AX7's in the preamp section and Bass, Midrange, Treble controls. This amp screams but can also give very nice clean tones.
$150.00 Shipped in the continental US

Peavey Megabass Head: The amp works well. One knob is missing but the shaft is still in tact. It has 2 power amps in it to bi-amp or can be combined. Comes with the rack case in the picture.
$200.00

More to come so keep checking back.

I'd have to pass on the Sterling because I already have one. Thanks for the offer though.

Some basses that would tempt me are:

MusicMan Sabre
Spector NS4CRFM (Purple stain would be cool)
American 1975 Reissue Jazz Bass (high on my wish list)
G&L L-2000
Other cool 4 string basses would be great.

I sent a PM to you a week and a half ago on the Jazz, with a trade offer of an MTD Heir. Did you not get that PM? Any interest?

Is there any way I could see some details of the neck on the modulus, both front and back? Plus a couple questions.
1. might you know how this differs from the recent flea modulus basses.
2. It is a graphite neck right, and are not they all? not sure myself. I just started looking at modulus.
3. history of bass.. are you the first owner where'd ya git it and all that happy woo-ha.
THANKS!

I have a 1972 P Bass in Walnut finish. Condition is 'Closet Classic', not road worn at all. While its outfitted with aftermarket pickups and Badass II bridge. I have the originals.
valued at 2100 in ex condition. And its in exc condtion. Could this be trade bait for the flea. I just want to know about that neck on the flea. I might have the coin you want, then I can keep my 72.
