About the bass:
The bass is black with a pearl pickguard and a Chechen fingerboard. It has it has Duncan SBJ-3 pickups and an aluminum Hipshot style A. The bass comes with a Levy's bag. This link will give you the vitals per Modulus:

It's wired for passive operation with Volume, Blend and tone control using a '62 RI 3 hole control plate with a a side mounted jack. It has been routed to accomodate a preamp and battery under the PG so you can add a preamp if you choose. I also have the original four-hole control plate if you if you choose to add it.
There are two dings in the top. The first is just behind the bridge and the second is about three inches above the bridge smack in the middle. It's under your forearm when you play.
