FS/FT: Modulus Quantum 6 String 25th Anniversary - $2,999!!! (insanity has set in)

Ok... this time I mean it. I've decided to sell this beauty once and for all. It's just not getting played. I think it's most likely because I'm used to 34" scale basses and I'm really getting back into four-bangers. Anyway, I'm sure this incredible bass will find a home soon.

Here we have MINT, I mean BRAND NEW Modulus Quantum 6-string - 25th Anniversary (#2 of 25) for sale.

My GAS affliction is your gain.

This bass is in FLAWLESS condition. Not one scratch, dent, or scrape. I've never gigged with it, so it's never been out of the house. This bass retails for $7,500. On the street they go for more than $4,500 (basscentral.com price for the 5-string version)... I'm willing to let it go for $2,999 plus shipping... FIRM.

These basses are extremely hard to come by, especially in BRAND NEW condition.

Trades Considered: 4-string Jazz or P-J... Sadowsky, Lakland, Lull, Atelier, etc.

I will accept a personal check or money order. I will only accept Paypal if you agree to pay the fees.

Specs:
* Modulus Quantum 6-string 25th Anniversary Model Semi-Hollowbody (Serial #2 of 25)
* Bartolini NNTB Preamp
* Bartolini Soapbar pickups M56C
* The "F" hole is cut out as the numbers "25"
* Sienna-burst finish.
* Beautiful MOP inlay at the twelth fret.
* Comes with Modulus hard shell case.
* Light!!

I will now consider trades for high-end 4-string jazz or P-J's : Sadowsky, Mike Lull, Laklands, Atelier, etc.

Holy Moly! My left testie just dropped. So many naked women thru the years (mostly on the Internet....ok, all on the net), and it was a bass that finally made it happen. I feel I should pay you just for posting the pic!

Until it goes. I'm not playing it. It's currently sitting soundly in its case, just waiting for the next owner to give it proper attention.

This is a genuinely lustworthy bass. The only thing about it that protects my poor bruised credit card is the frets. If it didn't have those frets, I'd be in serious trouble.

You have no idea how much i want this bass, however, you can probably imagine how difficult it is for a college student to gather funds
