For sale or trade MTD535-24. I got this one from Bass Central. This is the 1864th bass of the MTD series that is Handmade in Kingston NY by Michael Tobias. The body is ash with a beautiful Spalted Maple Top. The neck is ash with a birds eye maple fingerboard. and a double acting truss rod This bass has the Buzz Feiten Tuning system for superior intonation. The bass is a 35" scale with 24 frets. The neck and body are finished with an epoxy base coat and a catalyzed urethane topcoat. The pickups and active electronics are custom made by Bill Bartolini. This bass is in excellent condition and includes the original hardshell case, as well as original paperwork.
I try to get used to this bass but I see this has got to be the slap king bass, so since I don't slap I'm looking to sell for $3000.00 shipped USA. In trade I'm only looking for a Warrior, Ken Smith, Roscoe Century or any other highend bass that can give me the lows. Please 5 strings only. Throw something at me.
