Got this in a trade.
The guy told me it was an early run MTD and that's why it wasn't exactly like any other I could find online.
It's light, comfortable, flat(er) neck, overall a really cool bass. Has a decent nick in the back (you can see if in the picture) but it wont catch on your shirt or anything. Also had a tad bit of paint or something on the back of the upper horn. It comes off but I haven't taken the time to scratch it all off, lol. Just thought I'd be 100% honest because I didn't like it when I found out about it unwarned. But it's not a thing at all.
Has a replacement Baseline pickup. SUPER hot. When you roll the control to the back pickup, it's VERY jazz bass. Great jazz bass at that.
Needs some new strings and a setup.
The neck detail is pretty great, couldn't really get a good picture of it. And the case is an MTD case, fits perfect and has no wear on the case at all.
Also also also, the last picture is of the original pickguard. Both pickguards are included. Overall, great bass.
I really think I'm looking to trade for some good pedals. Maybe a good loopstation. Just PM me with anything and I'll look it up and consider.
Also, I've got a jazz bass body I'm doing a project with and I'd take jazz parts. Neck, hardware, ect. Just PM me, you won't be bothering me.
If you wanted to buy it outright I think I'd have to ask
