FS/FT: Music Man Bongo 5 HH in Cabernet Pearl

Sign in to disble this ad
All, am looking to trade my Bongo 5 HH for a Bongo 5 (single) H... also, am up for an outright sale. I love the bass, but I'd prefer a single-H configuration...

The bass is in excellent++ shape, only marks are a tiny scratch smack in the middle of the back of the bass and the requisite nick on the tip of the headstock that most Bongos seem to acquire somehow (see pix link for both)... OHSC is included as pictured is basically mint as well. Cabernet Pearl is a gorgeous, classy color - in the flash pix, you can see the sparkle - BTW, it's a discontinued color.

Looking for $1,100 Paypal shipped for a sale; please PM with trade offers/questions. Add'l pix avalable at:

Willing to accept trades? Also I'll be in ATL for a couple weeks for the holidays if you want to examine in person.

Hey mate, what is it in the sound of a single vs this double H configuration you prefer? Sorry, never tried a bongo, just being a curious cat =)

Not to step in on the OP, but the single H Bongo has the pickup in a different spot, some would say a "Sweet Spot" between the 2 PU's. Personally, I love me some HH Bongo action, but that's why they make different types!
