FS/FT Music Man Bongo 6 HS bass

Sign in to disble this ad
Hi guys,

I've got a near mint condition Music Man Bongo 6 HS bass for sale. 34" scale length, 24 frets.

Color is Carbon Blue Pearl with a Black Pearloid Pickguard.

The bass plays great. It has been set up by a luthier not too long ago and comes with its original Music Man case.

I am looking to get 1500$+ shipping for it. Any reasonable offers will be considered.

As for trades, I could trade for a Tobias Killer B 6 bass or a Yamaha TRB6 bass.

I will ship internationally. I live in Montreal, Canada.

PS: I will post some pictures ASAP. In the meantime, here's a picture from basscentral of the same bass:

Thanks guys. I would really like to sell fast. Send me your offers. It is a great instrument; I just don't use it as much as I should.

34" scale, 24 fret 6 string. Why don't more people make these. I wish they didn't look the way they do. Spec wise, this is what I am looking for.

Yea, the body shape is "different" but watching someone play it actually helps.

Well, they surely have a very distinctive look. They sound and feel great though

I didn't mean anything by my remark. I hear the preamp is great and they are nice basses.
They do look better "off the hanger" so to speak and actually on a person being played.

Any issues with the neck width? I have small hands and the Tobias is a good fit for me. The Bongo neck is a lot wider if I remember correctly.

Unfortunately I really am looking to either sell it or trade for a 6-string bass....thanks for the offer though.

The neck width of the Bongo is indeed wider than the Tobias. Let me know if you still want to trade or if you changed your mind.

For those of you that are interested, send me your offers! I would really like to sell this one fast.
