Ok, that is probably the sickest Nordy I've seen. I love the rear-routs with those tops.

Did somebody fret that bass? My spec sheet shows it's fretless...
How long have you had it Ed?

?

This does look like Scott's bass...

The pickup covers were a nice touch...

Ouch. I'm kinda curious about why he no longer has it and it kinda irks me it's not fretless anymore.

Still no doubt a beautiful bass and I love those Big Singles...

The most beautiful Nordy I have seen. Hope Scott can chime in, sure seems this was his. Wonder who did the fret job and why wasn't this done by Carey himself, his fret jobs are nothing but amazing...

Tears were shed here when we learned that the bass had been fretted. That was really a great fretless. Anyway, I'm sure it's still a killer bass. Whoever ends up with it should be very happy.

Carey, it is a killer bass fretless or fretted couldn't careless if it was fretless coz didn't had a chance to play when it was, and probably didn't buy it if it was a fretless my p bass f-less is doing the f-less job for me anyway. I bought it for the reason that its a Nordy vj5 and to add, the finish is one of the nicest ive ever seen. Didnt have any idea it was a fretless and it was Scott's but the most important is "I am keeping the bass". Thanks for everyone that have chimed in and PMed for offers.
